Delivery & Returns

All orders placed in Belgium are usually sent within a timeframe of 3 working days. We deliver everywhere in Europe and outside of Europe, where the delivery time can usually vary between 5 and 10 working days.
If for any circumstances we are unable to send the order on time, we will notify you by email.

You have a legal right to return your order at your own expense within 14 days counting on the day of delivery (see our General Terms & Conditions).

If you want to return a new article that does not fit or was not what you expected, you need to send us an email within 7 days of receipt. Send us an email through our contact form and indicate clearly which items you wish to return or exchange.

Clearly indicate your bank details in case of refund.

You will receive an answer to your email with the return address. After Upon receipt of our email, you have 7 calendar days to return the article(s), with a copy of your invoice. The articles must be labelled and placed in the original package, unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged. This rule is applicable to the new articles.
As soon as we have received your return, we will refund you as soon as possible through Paypal or bank transfer, in case of refund.

Clothes bought during sales, private sales or on a special offer will not be refunded or exchanged.

The second hand returns (“Phoenix Service”) which are returned after use (and therefore, after the 14 days of legal return) , will first be subjected to a quality check and must fully respect our Quality Chart. See also our General Terms & Conditions.
